Job vacancy Digital Content Lead

The Digital Media Lead is responsible for helping to create, implement, and manage the creative communication content team to enhance the digital and social media presence for the organization and reach a broad public audience.

The Digital Media Lead oversees social media, the website, and media monitoring.

Education: bachelor’s degree with a focus on communications, advertising, marketing, business, or PR and/or equivalent work experience. Excellent written command of the Spanish and English languages.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in writing and content creation in a digital and analog environment, and 3 years working directly with web content, social media platforms, and staff supervision. Previous experience in digital content creation required. Agency experience preferred. Experience in traditional media, particularly visual media (television etc.) a plus.

Skills:

• Creative mind interested in new ideas.
• Self-starter able to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English and Spanish, orally and in writing.
• Ability to handle a high volume of complex and confidential information with discretion.
