Striving every day to be the preferred retailer for the performing arts community in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Teatrocentro is a specialty retail store related to the performing arts and show business. Founded in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico in the 1970’s by business couple Rafael Maldonado and Lydia Cruz, with the sole purpose to supply students and professionals from every branch of the Performing Arts. Today, guided by a new generations of leaders, Teatrocentro has gained recognition in all of the Caribbean and has expanded within the whole island of Puerto Rico. For the past decades, Teatrocentro has broadened their stores' merchandise with a wide variety of lines for dancewear, theatrical make-up and costumes. As well, Teatrocentro counts with their own line of costumes named, Design by Americo.
