Provide active attention and high quality of service to our customers through a lean order management process and effective communication between key operational & commercial areas of the company to ensure the right supply of products requested and contribute to maintain adequate service levels on key KPI's such as: “Order Fill”, “On Time”, “Case Fill”, “Fill Rate and “On Time and Complete”.


  • In charge to process efficiently in our system, clients' orders for all the active distribution segments received through phone, emails or by the sales representative.
  • Responsible to ensure that the deliveries of the merchandise requested by our clients are made in the agreed time and volume and continuously monitoring the service of the logistic operator.
  • Process all claims regarding broken bags, delivery and/or picking errors ect… and all related to our guaranteed satisfaction program by follow through and in accordance with company policies and guidance.
  • Key supporter of the sales representative territory on follows up orders, provide information about the movements of the client's account, OOS, sales statistics and ensure commercial agreements.
  • Assistance to the sales representative on the follow up purchases through sales statistics and by outgoing calls informing the client status of their agreement. Reconciliation between purchase and objective by period; for the customer to meet the sales target set by the company.
  • In charge to manage orders and maintained data accuracy of the pet feeding programs
  • Make calls on recruitment plans and other promotional efforts
  • Creation and modification of client's data
  • Generation of sales reports as needed.
  • Other duties as may applied
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Bilingual English & Spanish is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with office procedures, practices, equipment, and computers
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, work independently and maintain a professional/friendly demeanor is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must have a high degree of self-direction with the ability to constantly seek innovative ways to perform tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
