Job vacancy Finance Senior Analyst

Our client, a world class manufacturing company is hiring a Finance Senior Analyst for their Commercial Finance Operations. This position will be responsible for the budget preparation, profitability analysis, financial analysis, planning and forecasting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the preparation, analysis, and comments on monthly reports for the assigned brands.
• Monitor and evaluate the actual performance of each P&L line monthly and prepare corresponding reports to present to the Business Unit.
• Bring direct support to the demand/financial planning process.
• Understand and analyze all price/volume demand/ financial planning components including but not limited to: understanding of rebates, co-pay, chargebacks, prices increase to support the commercial team in proper strategic decision making when building sales forecast.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master Degree and/or CPA Preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and/or finance required, Financial Planning and Auditing experience is a plus.
• Budget, forecasting, and reporting experience
• Ability to understand the accounting cycle and prepare financial Analysis as well as analyze complex accounting and budget situations.
• Advance knowledge in: Excel, as well as Business Intelligence (BI) Tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish is required

Compensation:  Commensurate with candidate experience plus performance bonus and excellent fringe benefits.
