Job vacancy Director of Finance and Operations

Our client, an international distribution company for the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Director of Finance and Operations. This position reports to the Finance Director LATAM Region.

JOB SCOPE :

• This position is accountable to manage the whole finance functions including accounting and reporting, planning and analysis, forecasting and budgeting, tax and treasury, while ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements.
• Lead the local team of Finance and Operations (Customer Service, Logistic, & Supply Chain)
• Provide Strategic and Financial counsel to the Senior Management
• Demonstrate initiative and lead continuous process improvements initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master Degree or CPA is a Plus
• 10+ years in Financial Management experience including accounting, reporting tax, and Financial Activities
• Strong people development and team management experience
• Versatile with ability to be strategic and operationally hand on
• Bilingual (Verbal & Written in English and Spanish)
• This position requires to be presential at the office.

Compensation:  Commensurate with candidate experience plus performance bonus and excellent fringe benefits.
