Job vacancy Associate Finance Director

Our client, a Multinational Leader in the Manufacturing industry is hiring a highly skilled Associate Finance Director. This position will report to the multi-sites Finance Director in Puerto Rico.

Job Scope:

This position has overall responsibility for the financial reporting of the site as a lead team member as required, including budgeting, forecasting, production planning, business-partnering, month-end close review, fiduciary and compliance with processes and policies.

Responsibilities :

• Supervision of a team of Financial Analyst
• Play an integral role in the Strategic Plan for the Site
• Ensurance of strong financial controls
• Financial Team Leader capable of effective cross-funtional work with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and Human Resources leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree or a relevant professional certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) preferred.
• Proven (10+) years of experience in a finance leadership role
• Experience in financial management, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in the manufacturing, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
• A strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, Sox).
• Experience in managing and developing staff.
• Fully Bilingual.
