Very low class
This is one of the worst buildings I have ever seen. It’s located in a very low class neighborhood with drug addicts, drunks and homeless people around it. The people who live here are low, low class and many times you see over 10 people living in a unit. Beware. The fat lady who manages it is a super bitch too.
