Reviews of Claro - Hato Rey

Since my aging parents susbcribed to Claro home phone line their customer service calls every week to offer products. They call and different times of the day, but mostly when my parents ages 96 and 84 are taking a nap. The calls have become a nuisance and very frustrating to us. I registered the phone number to the National No Call List, I called to Claro customer service, and my sister also called to Claro customer service which tried to sell the services to her. She stated that the call was very frustrating and later in the evening a Claro customer service representative called me to inquire about an incomplete product service offer to our phone line. Claro had crossed the line and have become abusive to the customer.
