Job vacancy Branch Manager

Our client, a fast-pace growing Financial Institution is hiring a Branch Manager; reporting directly to the Executive President. This position will be responsible for the planning, coordination, direction and supervision of daily tasks of the branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make sure that all the tasks and transactions related to credit, service and cash registry are according to the policies and procedures of the Entity
• Prepare a short and long term annual strategic plan
• Develop monthly progress reports to the Executive President
• Open accounts according to the clients’ needs
• Supervise the credit operations to assure compliance with norms and procedures
• Compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
• Complete the mortgage loan closing process
• Overall Branch Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• Master’s degree nice to have
• 3+ years in Branch Management and/or related experience
• Knowledge in Bank operations is required
• Previous experience in a supervisory position
• Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Proficient communication skills (oral and written)

Compensation: $35K - $40K Base Salary. Commensurate with candidate experience plus bonus and fringe benefits.
