HORRABLE COSTUMER SERVICE BY MANAGEMENT
This hotel use to be known to be the cleanest in the area not anymore went into the Jacuzzi and the first thing we found was a huge roach full of ants. We called the front desk and they told us they had the exterminator in the area no apologys of any kind nor offer to change rooms. We tried to ignore the nastiness cleaned the tub with hot water. As soon as we got in started our battle with the ants managed to control a bit stood there for a while trying to relax went to get out ants were on the towels. We headed to the shower after a few minutes of freezing water decided to hurry and get out when we got to the bed you could see the bed full of ants. Decided enough was enough decided to pickup our belongings we spent a total of three ours that was recleaning the jacuzzi trying to get hot water in the tub and shower while battling with many red big ants. When you flushed the toilet the pipes where so laud it was incredible. We called management they sent a person that was nice but his opinion was not enough they sent a second person that was rude and still didnt recieved an apology then enoyed cause we said we would call DACO and health department thats when they got really rude and said that we had spent too much time. At the end they gave our money back with all the attitude we had to endure nothing is worth going ever again into that Place.
